We are in the Christmas Party Season 🎄☃️🦌🎁
Fresh ingredients can significantly cut down the unnecessary added sugars that pre-made packaged syrups can add to the bucket of empty calories!
Here is a throwback recipe for inspiration!
🎀 Fresh Black Berries
🎀 Freshly squeezed pink grapefruits
🎀 Fresh Mint
🎀 Soda water

🎄 Into a cocktail shaker: Add 1-2 oz of grapefruit juice depending if you like your drink tart.
🎄 Add 5-6 black berries
🎄 Add 5-6 leaves of mint
🎄 Muddle and smash all your ingredients.
🎄 Add ice and give it a good shake
🎄 Strain into a pint glass filled with ice.
🎄 Top off with Soda water.
🎄 Garnish with a mint leaf or a whole black berry.

Sundays are super important in our household! It's our day to grocery shop, wash and cut our fruits and veggies, and design our menu for the week. We get to relax as a family, we cook, we meal prep, and we set ourselves up for a successful week.
Sunday Funday meant something different in my 20's, now my Sundays are Fun Days for so many other reasons! Look at my sweet Oliver watching as I made his lunch 🥹 these are the moments I will always cherish ❤️
